Early access pricing: US$7 per user per month, every module included
One flat fee covers all eight modules, so there are no surprises. HERA is in early access, so pricing can still change for new customers as we add features.

Pricing questions
What does early access mean?
HERA is live and all eight modules work today, but we are still improving it. Early access customers get early access pricing and a say in what we build next.
What is included in the US$7 flat fee?
Everything. The flat fee covers every module: Payroll, Time and Attendance, Workforce Management and Rostering, Employee Records, Asset Management, Benefits, Compliance, and Socials. There are no add-on charges.
Can the price change?
Yes. Early access pricing can change for new customers as we add features. Founding customers keep their agreed rate for 12 months.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars (USD). For the Philippines we quote in Philippine pesos. At about ₱62.7 per US$1, US$7 is about ₱440 per user per month. Peso amounts follow the exchange rate.
